  • Can I place and order and pick it up?

    • Yes you can pick up same day as long as payment process is cleared.

  • What Form of Payment do you accept?

    • We only accept Cash or check; Check will usually take 3-4 business days to clear

  • Why is Cash your preferred payment method?

    • Cash is our preferred payment method because it helps keep a cost low without credit card fees. It also helps takes out the waiting time for a check to clear with the bank.

  • Can I return a In-stock Material?

    • Yes you must bring ID and Original Invoice,  In stock material can be Return within 30 days, but will come with a 30% restocking fee. Material must be in the same size & condition it was sold.

  • Can Special Items/orders be Returned or Canceled?

    • Special orders may not be cancelable or returned

  • Do you offer free delivery?

    • Free delivery is only offered in large orders only.

  • Can you hold a material until Iā€™m ready for my project?

    • Yes we can hold a material if its paid for & max time is 14 days only.

  • Can I have my Contractor pick up my material?

    • Yes of course, please call before and have contractor show proof of  Invoice

  • I need my material today Can you deliver it?

    • Yes I can deliver, as long as payment process it cleared.

  • Why does your carpet sample look slightly darker or lighter?

    • Carpet dyes vary from Carpet roll to carpet roll. Its normal even for the manufacture.

  • What kind of warranty is offered for installation?

    • Customer will receive a one year labor warranty from Quality Floor Covering, we will try to resolve the problem before involving the manufacture.

    • What if warranty i s past the one year mark what next?

    - We will have to file a claim with the manufacture and proceed from there.

  • What is needed to File a Manufacture claim?

    • You will need Original Invoice. and pictures.

  • Why is discontinued material not offered with a warranty from the manufacture?

    • The Material is discontinued and price is Reduced from the manufactured so they will not offered warranty.

    • Do you guys offer any kind of warranty in discontinued carpets that Quality Floor Covering installs?

    • Yes! We offer a 1 year labor warranty, which will cover, loose carpets, open seams, or carpets pulling away.

  • Can I Pay with a credit card?

    • No sorry we do not accept any kinds of credit cards.

  • How much deposit is needed upfront to have my carpets or flooring done?

    • We require a 50% upfront, and final payment when project is complete.

  • Can you guys do same day service for small room? Or next day service?

    • Yes! If Material is available and you have placed and order early morning. And payment has cleared.
